Local Government Consultation Program

The Office of the Attorney General (AGO) now offers assistance to local governments throughout the state on the Public Records Act via the Local Government Consultation Program. Program Consultants provide services tailored to local government to assist in responding to public record requests, seeking resources to develop or update technology related to public records, and developing processes and procedures that ensure compliance with public records laws. The AGO is pleased to offer the services of this legislatively created program free of charge to all local governments.
